Why PropVerify exists
Anyone can post a property. Almost nobody checks one.
In Northern Cyprus the same home can sit on five sites at three prices months after it sold, and the type of title deed quietly changes what you are actually buying. Buyers are left to work that out alone, usually in a language and a legal system that isn't theirs. So we do the checking first, and publish only what passes.
Is the deed real, and what kind is it?

Every resale listing is backed by an uploaded title deed. Our team tags it Turkish, Exchange, Allocation or Foreign, and that tag is printed on the listing, because the type decides what you are buying.
Does this person have the right to sell it?
We match the name on the deed
Owners upload ID that has to match the deed. Agents add a licence and a signed owner mandate; agencies and developers add company registration and construction permits. A profile that fails cannot list at all.
Is it even still on the market?
Listings expire unless confirmed
Every 90 days the lister has to confirm the property is still available. If they don't, it drops out of search automatically, so every result you see is one somebody stood behind this quarter.
